A cheque from your organization will be accepted as deposit/ payment. It must received within 7 days of booking being made, The balance must be received prior to the event. In the absence of a CC being provide as security, you are agreeing to pay any additional charges, sor lost , not returned items, exceesive cleaning charges, etc
